These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eleven11football.com (the "Site") and any orders you place with Eleven:11 Football Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, attempt to defraud us or our customers, or misuse the Site or our games.

All orders placed through the Site are an offer by you to buy the goods listed. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists between us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including (without limitation) where there is a pricing or description error, stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment is taken at the point of order via the payment providers integrated on the Site. By placing an order you confirm the payment method is yours or you have authority to use it.

If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mispricing, we are not required to fulfil the order at the incorrect price.

We sell a mix of new, classic, vintage and pre-loved football apparel and accessories. Vintage and classic items are graded honestly using our condition scale, set out in our Conditions & Images Guide. Small variations in colour, fabric and finish are normal for these items.

Product images are of the actual items where possible, but some are AI-edited for consistency. Please review the listing details and our Conditions & Images Guide before ordering.

Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and on our Shippingpage. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes once we have received payment in full.

Delivery dates are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (including courier delays, weather or customs).

As a UK consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel most orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details, exclusions and instructions are set out in our Refund Policy and our Returns & Exchanges page.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Faulty or misdescribed items can be reported to hello@eleven11football.com.

Our games (including "Who Am I?") are provided for entertainment. Usernames, gameplay data and any content you submit must not be offensive, infringing or unlawful. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these standards or attempt to manipulate leaderboards.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your username and game scores on public leaderboards and shareable summaries.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or copy substantial parts of the Site.
• Attempt to bypass security features, rate limits or anti-cheat measures.
• Resell access to the Site, our games or our content without our written consent.

The Site, including the ELEVEN:11 brand, logos, text, imagery, layouts and code, is owned by or licensed to Eleven:11 Football Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy or modify any part of the Site except as expressly permitted.

Third-party club crests, sponsor marks and player names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify genuine products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory rights as a consumer).

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order will apply to that order. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we make changes.

If you have a complaint, please email hello@eleven11football.com with your order number and details. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve them as quickly as possible.

If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may be able to refer it to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform atec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
